Summary: Set how long a quote is valid for the client.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. On the quote, set 'Valid for' (e.g. 14 days) or pick an explicit expiry date.
  2. The validity date is shown on the proposal and PDF.
  3. Default validity comes from Business Settings.
  4. Expired proposals can still be revised and re-sent; the calculation is re-priced if you choose 'Re-price'.

Common issues

  • Validity changed but proposal still shows old date — re-send or re-generate the PDF.
