Summary: Price diamonds, coloured stones and melee.

Step-by-step instructions

1. Open the Stones section and click 'Add stone'.
2. Choose stone type: Natural Diamond, Lab-Grown Diamond, Princess, Fancy Cut, Coloured Gemstone, Centre Stone or Melee.
3. Enter shape, size/carat, quality and quantity. Price is looked up from your Pricing Database.
4. For melee, BenchFlow calculates by unit price × count and by total carat — choose whichever matches your supplier.
5. Centre stones can be selected from your Centre Diamond Inventory.

Common issues

• Stone price is zero — the size/quality combination is not in your pricing matrix; add it under Pricing Database.
• Setting labour missing — add stone setting labour or BenchFlow will warn you in the Summary.
